E and G is based in Jaén, the birthplace of Spanish olive oil, which puts it in a privileged position in the knowledge of the production processes of olive oil, therefore olive oil mill design is one of our main activities.

We have our own technology for the treatment of by-products generated in olive oil extraction such as OMW and "Alperujos" (two phases waste). 

We also provides procedures for disposal of by-products obtained in the extraction of alcohol from vinasses with a great energy production.
